AUSTIN — The Texas Department of Criminal Justice on Wednesday added an 11th inmate — double killer Scott Panetti — to its roster of 2014 executions. The addition of the Kerr County killer to the execution list came one day after the execution of San Antonio triple killer Miguel Parades, who was the 10th inmate to be executed this year.
